Our garlic family loves what we do and we would be glad to hear anything you have to say. Anita and Phil can answer any questions about garlic growing and selling. Michael would be glad to hear feedback on the website or be contacted for work.

Meet Our Farmer Family
Loves growing garlic.
Loves fixing things.
Loves making things.
Love being goofs.
My father Ed started my interest in garlic. He had his own plot since 2004 and I eventually joined him and took on more and more. My dad loved growing garlic but he could not find a market for it. The marketing part interested me, so I started selling at the Wadena's farmers market and had a goal of selling more each year by trying different marketing techniques. Phil joined me along the way. Each year we grow and now we have a good base of repeat customers and I am known around here as the 'Garlic Lady.'
Phil has recently retired from 35 years of working as a licensed general building contractor. Phil enjoys working on things such as building, growing food, hunting, camping and fishing. The bottom line is that he loves being in the great outdoors. Currently he has been working on his 1950 Willys Overland Wagon 4x4 that he has had for 25 years. He enjoys spending time with his dog Terra who is a real country girl. Phil also loves to cook and is always creating new dishes. Working on his barn is another project that is almost complete. He is also working on his garage so he can fit his truck in it. He wants to keep the truck out of the elements of Minnesota's cold and snowy winters. There is much more to follow as the work is never done, which is not such a bad thing. It keeps life interesting.
Not only does Michael help out around the farm with all sorts of duties, but he also created this website. He is open to work.
Our animals are a big part of our lives. We have a dog named Terra, a cat named Arlene, fifteen hens and one rooster named Rudy.
