Here we were are at the farmers market before our fresh garlic was ready. We had dried garlic that we sell either as flakes or powder along with garlic jelly. We were also selling some baked goods to help attract more customers. Normally we do not sell at the market before the fresh garlic is ready, but this was our first year at our new location so we wanted to start out with a larger offering early in the season. I got a little creative.

We had a great time at the Garlic Festival in Hutchinson, MN. Phil and I went for the first time last year after 10 years of talking about it and we are glad that we did!
